Gabriela (Gaby) Castillo is a scenic designer based in southwest Michigan experienced in various scenic arts, recently graduated from Michigan State University's MFA theatre design program. Gaby attributes her passion for theatre to being an artist for the majority of her life, and her theatre making skills lie in painting, sculpting, carpentry, and found object innovation. Gaby's recent professional scenic design credits include: Le Nozze di Figaro, Circle Mirror Transformation by Annie Baker, and Hear Me Roar by James Bell.  At Michigan State University she has Scenic Designed Spring Awakening, Much Ado about Nothing, Sweat, and Head Over Heels.
